Have been practising my presentation from yesterday till today and still can't get fluent enough. 

Urgh I hate my incapabilities. Got stucked when it comes to presenting my results.

I sound like a horse now. And the phlegm all stucked in my throat. 

Maybe I should dress like a horse tommorow.

Ignore me, the flu virus has totally conquered my brain.

I have no idea what I am talking now.
