Pretty But Dumb or Ugly But Smart?

Have been randomly surfing the net for these few days...Talked with steph about models in HK..

Yeps,so i searched about Janice Man and Angela Baby and read their blogs...OMG they are so pretty and about the same age as me...They looked so Jap, not HK looking at all...and i seriously love this kind of style!!!too bad i don't have the model figure nor super good looking face!or i shall try stepping into modelling...ahahaha...which is so impossible!!To me they looked so alike..just like me n shin look alike?Best friends always look alike??hmmm....maybe....well..this makes me feel that apperance is actually a quite important thing in this realistic and cruel world...

Why do I say so?My conversation with Shin while washing dishes yesterday..

J : Appearance is so important in the society now...Its like people just can see pretty girls...JM and AB are so pretty...but one of my friend said they are brainless..

S : If got brain no need to be models already lah...

J : But they earned more than normal people lar..they are just at our age,and earning so much already...we are still spending our parents money..(maybe for our whole life also can't earn as much as them)

S : Let you choose to be a very pretty but dumb or very ugly but smart which one will you choose?

J : If the smart is just normal smart but not Genius type of course I will choose pretty lar..nowadays people judge you on your appearance..Lastime i used to think like choosing ugly but smart is a better choice..but now when you go for job interview and stuff,you will realised most of the people choose appearance than smartness...

S : But you will be very very dumb!

J : If you have 1000 people going for an interview, the manager will of course filter the photos 1st instead of reading your resume 1 by 1 lah....so if you are ugly they will just chuck your application to somewhere and maybe left 500 better looking ones and then read the resume...(500 might be too many,maybe just 200 or 100)see how cruel the world is...

And i forgot what we talked after that..hahas

Well....say i am superficial,materialistic or whatever...but this is what i learn from this cruel world isn't it?If beauty if not that important, then why the chicks out there waste so much on their cosmetics?Why bother to take care about you skin and look?Why photoshop your pictures?You can just walk out to the street wearing the old T-shirt you have been wearing for 5 years and the same pair of jeans and flip flops..Why bother to match your clothes with bags and shoes?Why the profile of pretty girls have such a high viewing rate...SEE, this is what the world teaches us...When you have a chance to become pretty,will you choose not to?

Some might say the inner beauty is more important...When you have 2 person with the same personality and 1 is ugly and 1 is pretty,which one will you choose to be your gf?Beauty is always a bonus,everybody likes pretty stuff....some people might say well i dont like sporty girls,some might say sporty girls are cute..some people might say i don't like rich guys, i don't like tall girls and stuff....but will somebody ever say I DONT LIKE PRETTY GIRLS, I LIKE UGLY GIRLS or I DONT LIKE CUTE GUYS I PREFER UGLY ONES? Obviously since we are born, we knew that prettier things always stand the chance to get better advantages..

So, will you choose to be dumb but pretty or smart but ugly?
